My connection isn’t very good. What can I do?

If you have not enabled WIFI, then we strongly recommend you do so. This can greatly improve the speed of your connection and quality of your experience. You can enable WIFI on most phones by going to SETTINGS and then selecting WIFI.

What do I need to have ready for my consultation?

You will need to have a tablet or smartphone with a camera in order to access your appointment with your doctor.

Prior to a consultation, new patients will also need to establish legal proof of residency (upload a photo of a valid Drivers License, Identification Card OR utility bill).

How Do I Update My Password and other Account Information?

To reset your password, email or update any other account information visit the “Settings” tab in the app and then select “Change password”. If you are still having issues please email support@telemedicine.ge to connect with a Customer Support agent.

What can I do if I have a Billing issue?

Not to worry, our Customer Support team is trained to handle various billing issues. Please email support@telemedicine.ge  to connect with a Customer Support agent.

How are my personal information and medical history stored? Is it safe?

Your privacy and safety are our priority. Your information is stored on our secure encrypted servers inside encrypted databases. Our software is HIPAA certified, meeting and exceeding security standards set for data transmission, encryption, and storage of patient medical records.

Does Telemedicine share my information with anyone?

Absolutely not. Patient confidential information is kept completely private and never given without the patient’s consent.

Do you accept medical insurance?

Unfortunately, insurance does not cover your consultation.

How do you select Healthcare Providers?

Each of our providers goes through a rigorous selection process to become a part of the Telemedicine network. Subsequently, each physician is monitored through our industry-leading Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement Process.

Where does Telemedicine operate?

Telemedicine is available to you anywhere there is a WIFI or data network for your visits.
